These terms govern access to the Flagship POS website, owner account, device-leasing service, subscriptions, and published application releases. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
You must provide accurate account and business information, protect owner credentials, assign staff access appropriately, and promptly revoke devices that are lost, replaced, or no longer authorized.
All plan charges are in USD and priced per licensed branch. Recurring Stripe quantity equals the licensed branch count, and each licensed branch includes unlimited devices. Subscription plans renew until changed or canceled through the supported billing flow. Offline Branch is a one-time branch license and excludes hosted cloud and ecommerce services.
Paired devices use signed leases with renewal targets and tier-based hard limits. A register must reconnect before its hard limit to renew access. Offline-first operation does not guarantee indefinite access without validation.
Use only releases explicitly shown as available on the Download page. Browser and PWA remain the primary validation path. Windows, Android, and Linux installers listed as available may be downloaded and paired for production use. Preview, local development, or unpublished builds may be incomplete and are not production releases.
We work to provide a reliable service, but no system is interruption-free. Businesses remain responsible for operational procedures, exports, backups available under their plan, and compliance with local tax and recordkeeping requirements.
