How we use account data.

Flagship POS (operated by Flagship Business Systems) collects the information needed to create and secure business accounts, provide subscriptions, pair devices, deliver support, and maintain the service.

Information we process

• Owner profile and business contact details.
• Plan, exact price, licensed branch quantity, promotion, subscription, invoice, cancellation, trial, and payment-status records.
• Paired device identifiers, names, lease status, and activity timestamps.
• Support messages and operational logs needed to investigate a request.

Payments

Stripe processes card details and sensitive billing changes on hosted Stripe pages. Flagship POS stores provider identifiers, subscription state, invoice details, and hosted receipt links where available, but does not store full payment-card numbers.

Register data

The POS is offline-first. Operational data is stored locally on the register. Cloud backup or synchronization occurs only when the selected plan and business configuration enable those services.

Use and sharing

Data is used to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. It may be processed by infrastructure and payment providers acting on our behalf. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and choices

Records are retained as needed for account operation, security, tax, billing, dispute, and legal obligations. Contact support to request correction or deletion where applicable. Some billing and audit records must be retained.
